We remain directly involved throughout each project and take pride in making sure my clients understand what is happening, what comes next, and why each step is important.
Rawls Construction specializes in residential remodeling, kitchens and bathrooms, high end windows and doors with custom installs, exterior renovations, framing, waterproofing, decks, drainage, hardscape, outdoor living spaces, and accessory dwelling units. We also have experience installing full smart home integration, whole home audio & custom theater rooms.
Our goal is simple: perform the work correctly, pay attention to every detail, keep the project organized, and deliver a finished product that our clients can be proud of!

Aaron Rawls
My name is Aaron Rawls, founder of Rawls Construction and I am a licensed California General Contractor with more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry. I am an extremely detail-oriented contractor who believes every phase of a project matters. No steps are skipped, no details are overlooked, and no shortcuts are taken.
From the initial planning and preparation to the final installation and walkthrough, I make sure the work is completed correctly and built to last. My experience comes from years of hands-on construction, project management, crew coordination, problem-solving, and working directly with homeowners, subcontractors, designers, engineers, and inspectors. This allows me to understand the entire project—not just one individual trade—and ensure every part of the job is properly planned and coordinated.
